Ian Gotlib, Ph.D., Lab Director
Dr. Ian H. Gotlib received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Waterloo in Canada and is the David Starr Jordan Professor and Chair of the Department of Psychology at Stanford University. Additionally, Dr. Gotlib is the director of the Stanford Neurodevelopment, Affect, and Psychopathology Laboratory (SNAP Lab), home of the Stanford Preschool Study.
Jonas Miller, Ph.D.
Jonas Miller is a postdoctoral scholar in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University. His research interests focus on the development of emotion and executive function from early childhood through adolescence. Jonas assists with the NIRS and the design of the Stanford Preschool Study.
Lucy King, Ph.D. Candidate
Lucy King is a PhD student in the Stanford Department of Psychology. Her research focuses on the influence of early life experiences on child development. Lucy assists in design and coordination of the Stanford Preschool Study.
Jillian Segarra, B.A.
Jill Segarra is a project coordinator for the Stanford Preschool Study. She graduated from Columbia University in 2018 with a B.A. in Neuroscience & Behavior, and plans to continue her studies by pursuing a PhD in Neuroscience. In the Stanford Preschool Study, Jill carries out the structured interactions and assists with NIRS.
Daisy Elise Feddoes, B.A.
Daisy Feddoes is a project coordinator for the Stanford Preschool Study. She graduated from Stanford University in 2019 with a B.A. in Psychology & East Asian Studies, and plans to continue her studies by pursuing a PhD in Child Clinical Psychology. In the Stanford Preschool Study, Daisy carries out the structured interactions and assists with NIRS.
Geoffrey S. Bear
Geoffrey is the Stanford Preschool Study's NIRS expert and comfort specialist. He likes wearing his NIRS cap, helping out with research, and making friends. He loves to share his NIRS cap with new friends who come to visit. When he's not doing research, you can find Geoff hiking, camping, and fishing with friends.
